Immersive Bilingual Childcare
At Growing Imaginations, our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive space where children can develop excellent language skills, a love of learning, and a sense of curiosity and cultural appreciation. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) learning environment, we strive to nurture and inspire the children in our care emotionally, socially, and cognitively.
Full Day and Part-Time Bilingual Childcare
We offer full day or part-time childcare to help ensure parent flexibility. Our Spanish immersion environment provides comprehensive, nurturing care to every child enrolled.
Preschool Curriculum
Our preschool program uses a bilingual curriculum (Frog Street) with three classroom options depending on age. We offer age-appropriate educational activities in both Spanish and English with an emphasis on cognitive, social, and emotional development and strive to meet every child’s individual needs. Growing Imaginations follows the center-based classroom model.
Language Enrichment Activities
We understand the importance of hands-on activities in promoting language acquisition and cultural understanding. That’s why our bilingual day-to-day curriculum includes storytelling, songs, and games conducted in Spanish to facilitate learning!
Cultural Celebrations
As a Spanish language immersion program, we offer exposure to Hispanic cultures through special events, celebrating holidays, and introducing traditions. Our goal, however, is to deepen appreciation and awareness across a multitude of cultures, and to foster curiosity and inclusivity in every child we care for.
Parent-Teacher Communication
Our commitment to effective communication between our staff and you, the parent or guardian, includes regular updates and progress reports on your child’s development at Growing Imaginations. We offer bilingual communication to ensure clear and concise interaction, and avoid misunderstandings.
Nutritional Meals and Snacks
Healthy, balanced meals and snacks are provided daily. As part of our immersion program, we also introduce the children in our care to diverse culinary traditions and tastes.
